Danielle Crockett, Ed.S, LPC-S, NCC

I am Danielle R. Crockett, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, who welcomes working with older teens, adults of all ages and couples. I am fortunate to have worked over the years with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and across the age spectrum. I have over 10 years of experience in helping people overcome barriers to reach their highest potential in life through therapy and coaching.

When you come in for counseling, you want to be heard and helped.  I am here to do both in a compassionate, respectful and non-judgmental environment.  If you are ready to do the work together, call me. I look forward to working with you. It will take a few visits to really get a feel for how well we can work together. I want the best for you so if we aren't a good match, I will be more than happy to try and find a better one for you.

My theoretical orientation is Choice/Reality Therapy, however I will use various theoretical approaches and modalities that are tailored to help best meet your need. I help individuals gain better control over their circumstances in life, more specifically in the areas of anxiety, depression, a difficult phase, relationship issues, marital concerns or simply struggling to keep it together or wondering when the happy days will finally arrive. I am able to help you get through it.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (Louisiana #6139), Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas #83245), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Illinois #180013472), Licensed Professional Counselor (Georgia #012081) and National Certified Counselor (#360392). I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education from Southern University and A & M College. I have also earned my Education Specialist degree in Counselor Education with an emphasis of Play Therapy from the University of Mississippi.
