I offer individual counseling on a weekly basis for 50 minute sessions. You and I will work together on developing the goals you want to accomplish. The first few sessions will be focused more on me getting to know you, answering questions you may have about counseling, and working with you on developing your treatment plan. We will also review in our first meeting privacy concerns, confidentiality and its limits, the importance of consistency in counseling and other pertinent topics.
 
Individuals have come to see me for counseling come for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: 

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • ADHD

  • stress

  • parenting issues

  • family problems

  • low self esteem, low self confidence

  • feeling confused and without purpose in life

  • stress related to life transitions or stress overall

  •  wanting to overcome their negative thoughts
